What are the DUI laws in Mississippi?

It is illegal to drive drive a car, truck, or any motor vehicle with a .08 percentage or above blood alcohol concentration (BAC), if you are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, or with a .02 percentage or above blow alcohol (BAC), if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age. It is also illegal to drive a car, truck, or any motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance that has impaired the person’s ability to operate said motor vehicle, or under the influence of any drug or controlled substance, the possession of which is unlawful under the Mississippi Controlled Substances Law.
